Today is a great day for Hootsuite as they finally update their streams. I have been a huge advocate of them and have used the platform religiously over the last 7 years and cannot recommend it enough.

Hootsuite have been working hard over the last year or so to make sure they are making sure the platform is as up to date as possible and with this new update, the streams are now easier to view, manage and engage. They are rolling out the new streams as we speak, and will be available to all users over the next week or so.

How has Hootsuite improved?

With this new update, it is now easier to reply, share, like and comment on social media posts, as well as expand Twitter conversations and view entire Facebook and Instagram comment feeds.

They have also improved user experience by changing the look and feel of the messaging side of the platform. It is now easier to engage with your audience with different conversation options.

Why I LOVE Hootsuite

Hootsuite tabs is all about organisation. If you want to effectively organise your content, use this feature. You can have as many tabs as you want based on the different accounts you have integrated.

  1. Hootsuite Publisher

Hootsuite publisher is more than just scheduling posts from one place. You can schedule posts from hootsuite, hootlet or via an uploaded .csv file. This is a great feature if you are on the go or work in a team and need different posting outlets.

  1. Monitor Social Conversations using Hootsuite Apps

You can plug in a wide range of apps from different social networks to monitor social conversations online. Keeping an eye on this will help you reach your target market in a more strategic way.

  1. Hootlet

Hootlet is a great Google Chrome Browser extension which allows you to quickly and easily share information across all of your connected social networks without having to use the Hootsuite website.
